The Croatian National Tourist Board, alongside the team from Visit Zagreb, approached LORE with a unique challenge. While Croatia’s coastal regions were thriving with international tourists, the capital city of Zagreb was often overlooked. Their goal was to inspire visitors to extend their journeys beyond the coastline and discover the vibrant culture, events, and festivities that make Zagreb a must-visit destination.

The Campaign - Visit Zagreb
Our campaign centred around repositioning Zagreb as a destination in its own right—not just a brief stopover on the way to Croatia’s famous coastlines. We developed an integrated strategy highlighting the city’s rich cultural tapestry, annual festivals, thriving food scene, and historic landmarks.

The Outcome
The “Zagreb: More Than a Stopover” campaign successfully brought the city into the spotlight. Through creative storytelling and targeted promotion, we helped increase awareness of Zagreb’s vibrant offerings and encouraged visitors to include the capital in their travel plans.
